The system we designed
Before
Common-area bill ran ₹42,000/month — lifts, water pumps, corridor lighting. The RWA had been planning a hike in maintenance dues to absorb it.
What we installed
A 50 kW rooftop system across two block terraces, tied to the common-area meter under the society's name. PM Surya Ghar paperwork was filed end-to-end by SolarSon; net metering through TGSPDCL went live in 9 weeks.
After
- Common-area bill dropped to ₹3,200/month
- Maintenance hike postponed indefinitely
- Surplus units exported to grid earn a small credit each quarter

In the customer's words
“We expected a 4-year payback. The first 12 months put us on track for 3.5.”
